) board of directors as its new chairman, taking over from Barry Beracha, who had served as Pepsi Bottling's non-executive chairman since April 2007, the world's biggest Pepsi bottler has said. Beracha, a founding director who become chairman after John Cahill John Cahill (born 27 April, 1940) is an Australian rules football player and coach. During his illustrious career he played football for the Port Adelaide Football Club and then coached Port Adelaide, West Adelaide and Collingwood.  stood down from the role, will now resume his responsibilities as an independent director. Foss, meanwhile, will continue as PBG's president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. , positions he was appointed to in July 2006.
