ErgoTech announces strategic partnership with Conextions Inc.; offers seamless legacy integration for manufacturers.


LOS ALAMOS, N.M.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 12, 1996--ErgoTech Development Inc., a provider of extensible, component software for manufacturing integration and factory automation, Thursday announced a strategic partnership with Conextions Inc., a software vendor that provides object middleware to integrate mainframe and midrange legacy systems into the World Wide Web and client/server environments.

The companies' combined technology allows manufacturers to seamlessly integrate existing heterogeneous computing resources in order to improve production and inventory planning, simplify factory automation, share information between the front and back offices, and increase efficiency.
