Equity Residential CFO announces resignation.


Equity Residential announced that Donna Brandin, the company's executive vice president and chief financial officer, has resigned effective September September: see month.  14, 2007.

Brandin is resigning in order to pursue other professional and personal interests, not as a result of any disagreement with the company regarding financial or accounting practices.

The company will immediately conduct a search for a replacement CFO See Chief Financial Officer. . John G. Lennox, 53, a Senior Vice President of the company, will serve as interim CFO.
