In addition to the two stock dividends being paid to REGISTERED Equity Finance Holding Corporation (EFHC EFHC Environmental and Facilities - Humidity Controls ) shareholders as of January 31, 2000, the company anticipates paying two additional stock dividends to REGISTERED EFHC shareholders as of February 29, 2000. The EFHLF stock dividends are in the Indian Hi-Tech Group Ltd. and the International Turnaround Group Ltd. The company anticipates paying one or more stock dividends every month next year.

EFHC held its Annual Shareholder Meeting on Sunday December 19, 1999. All proposals were passed by the shareholders. Mr. William Cate was elected Chairperson of the Board of Directors for the Year 2000.
