Equis Corporation finds a nice fit for Synchronoss.


Equis Corporation officially announced that it negotiated several transactions for Synchronoss Technologies, Inc., a telecom business process outsourcer serving wireline, wireless and voice over IP markets. Synchronoss has relocated re·lo·cate

Synchronoss now occupies the 21,200 s/f on the top floor of a 104,400 s/f class A building at 750 Route 202 South in Bridgewater, N.J. The move places Synchronoss in closer proximity to key customers and various partners within the telecommunications Communicating information, including data, text, pictures, voice and video over long distance. Equis negotiated an aggressive long-term lease for Synchronoss' new headquarters, Greene said. It includes cost reduction, image improvement, an expansion option, an attractive tenant improvement allowance and sufficient space to accommodate growth. The landlord/ developer, Steiner Equities Group, was self-represented in the transaction and managed all contracting for the site.

Synchronoss is maintaining operations at 1525 Valley Center Parkway, Bethlehem, in space that Equis' Greene helped expand from 22,000 to 25,000 s/f. Synchronoss expanded this site to house a data center, a new operations center The facility or location on an installation, base, or facility used by the commander to command, control, and coordinate all crisis activities. A third transaction negotiated by Equis supported Synchronoss' headquarters operations center projects. Greene negotiated a lease securing 3,500 s/f at 3421 Route 22 East in Branchburg, N.J., enabling Synchronoss to house all of its staff and maintain operations continually con·tin·u·al
