Equipment giant buys stake in Science North spin-off.

The mining and construction equipment company will be investing $150,000 over the next three years, plus $20,000 a year over 13 years beginning 2009 in the popular mining-based tourism attraction.

Phase II construction will include a new Atlas Copco theatre, a multi-purpose room, exhibit changes, landscaping and an expanded lobby.
