Equinox Solutions, Inc. Enters Mobile Computing Marketplace; Receives $4.375 Million in Venture Capital from Meyer Duffy Ventures.

Equinox equinox (ē`kwĭnŏks), either of two points on the celestial sphere where the ecliptic and the celestial equator intersect.
