Equilibrium, a leading provider of automated imaging solutions, today announced the availability of MediaRich(TM) 2.0 for corporations to dynamically generate, update and deliver visual content to Web sites and data-enabled devices. New features in version 2.0 include key advances in data integration for XML, ODBC and Metadata sources, increased font rendering capabilities, support for Unicode international character sets, ICC color profiles and enhanced Photoshop(R) 6.0 support.

      --  Color Management -- MediaRich has the ability to load and save
        ICC color profiles associated with source images for accurate
        color rendering output across various Internet-enabled
        devices.

      --  Enhanced Photoshop Layer Support -- MediaRich provides support
        for many of the new features found in the Photoshop 6.0 file
        format, including layer sets, selection tools, and blending
        modes. By providing this level of support MediaRich will
        further streamline the image production process.

      --  Performance and Workflow Improvements -- With ECMA Script
        compliance and advanced image processing capabilities,
        including the ability to reuse dynamically generated images
        within multiple MediaScripts and enhancements to the zoom/pan
        functionality, developers will see significant performance and
        workflow improvements.
