Epixtar Signs Long-Term Lease on Philippine Call Center Facility.

MIAMI--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 4, 2003

EPIXTAR Corp. (OTCBB:EPXR) today announced that it has executed a 10-year lease to occupy a state-of-the-art facility in Eastwood City, Manila. The 80,000 square foot building will serve as Epixtar's flagship Philippine call center, capable of accommodating upwards of 1,500 teleservices and business process outsourcing (BPO) seats. The facility, currently known as the Eastwood Corporate Center, will undergo extensive renovations and be renamed "Epixtar House."

Epixtar's first Philippine call center will occupy the entire 12 floors of the building located in one of metro-Manila's prime commercial districts. The complex provides ample ground-level retail space for recruiting initiatives and support services, 4 parking levels, executive offices, and 7 levels of production and training capacity. With partial occupancy expected in October 2003, and phased-in build-out over subsequent months, total completion and operations at full capacity is anticipated by January 2004.

Epixtar House is located in an area of Manila designated as a PEZA zone, which qualifies the Company for government incentives including certain tax holidays provided by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority. The lease was entered between Megaworld Corporation, a leading Philippine commercial developer, and Epixtar Philippines IT Enabled Services Corporation, and was successfully negotiated by Epixtar's managing director for the Philippines, Mr. Gideon Javier. CB Richard Ellis in Manila assisted with the transaction.
