elastomers provide is not available with other oil-resistant elastomers, according to the company. The unique properties of Hydrin are said to have improved the performance of numerous products. Compounds of Hydrin maintain their hardness and resiliency over a broad temperature range, according to the literature. Permeability of gases is said to be extremely low. Products made of Hydrin C2000 and Hydrin T3000 can stay functional to -40[degrees]C/[degrees]F and with special compounding to -54[degrees]C (-65[degrees]F). Hydrin ECO elastomers are said to combine many of the best properties of natural rubber with the benefits of polyethers to meet the rigorous demands of various industries.
