Envirosource Reports Dismissal of Litigation with Horsehead Resource Development.

HORSHAM, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 2, 1998--Envirosource, Inc. confirmed today that Horsehead Resource Development, Inc. (HRD) has voluntarily dismissed its claims relating to Envirosource's efforts to enter the electric arc furnace dust (EAFD) market. Envirosource had previously voluntarily dismissed its antitrust claims against HRD.

Louis A. Guzzetti, Jr., President of Envirosource, stated: "With the growth of the steel mini-mill industry, the generation of EAFD, a listed hazardous waste, has grown substantially over the last several years and will soon approach one million tons per year.
