 Water and Power Department has awarded MWH See watt-hour. , a Colorado-based environmental engineering, program management and construction firm, with its Geographic Information System geographic information system (GIS)

Computerized system that relates and displays data collected from a geographic entity in the form of a map. The ability of GIS to overlay existing data with new information and display it in colour on a computer screen is used primarily to
 program management contract. The 21-month program is designed to help gain insight into management of the city's water and power and will cost $5.5 million.
