Entuity Strengthens Management Team with CFO, VP of Marketing Company Poised For Next Stage of Growth.

See converged network and new public network. management solution, today announced two additions to its management team to continue its recent record growth. Ira Gerard joins the company as Chief Financial Officer, and Michael Jannery joins the company as Vice President of Marketing.

Ira Gerard adds significant financial and executive experience to Entuity. Most recently, Gerard was CFO at Mercator, where he led the company through initial and secondary public offerings as the company grew from $16 million to $140 million. Previously, he held CFO positions at Dataline Corporation, Adage Systems International, and Gestetner PLC. Gerard has also held vice president positions at Citibank and American Airlines.

Michael Jannery brings more than 15 years of executive marketing experience. He joins Entuity from Proficiency, where as Vice President of Marketing, he established the company as the thought, technology, and market leader in a new product lifecycle management (PLM) sub-market. Earlier, Jannery was VP of Marketing for Gradient Technologies, where he established them as a market leader in the Internet security sector (Gradient acquired by Entegrity Solutions). Prior to this, Jannery was the VP of Marketing for Cayenne Software (company) Cayenne Software - The company formed when CADRE merged with Bachman Information Systems in July 1996.
