Timothy Anderson Awards for Excellence in Historic Rehabilitation. The "Timmy" awards honor outstanding rehabilitation and preservation projects based on overall design and quality, interpretation and respect of historic elements, impact on the community and financial and market success. Due to the unprecedented response to the inaugural competition, NH&RA has incorporated additional categories for the 2006 "Timmy" Awards and converted application submission to an electronic process.
