Entrust Technologies' Experiences Record Growth in Complementary Applications: Over 17,000 Developer Toolkits Distributed in Just Six Months.

Entrust(r) Technologies Inc. (Nasdaq: ENTU), the global leader for solutions that bring trust to e-business, has distributed a record number of developer toolkits from its Web site since January 1999, resulting in an expanded array of diverse third-party trusted e-business product solutions and services in the market.

Between January and June of this year, over 17,000 developer toolkits and over 4500 Entrust/Alliance PKI Developer Suite software packages have been either distributed to third-party developers on CDs, or downloaded from the Web site since the launch of the no-cost, open and interoperable toolkit offerings.
