Alina Falcon has been named senior vice president and operating manager for TeleFutura Network. She will be overseeing all TeleFutura Network operations, including programming, promotions, talent relations, technical operations and news. Falcon most recently served as senior vice president and director of news divisions for Univision Television Network.

Mariam Naficy has been hired as vice president of marketing and Jessica Algazi as vice president of content at Movielink. Naficy will lead the marketing, product, customer service and content groups. She recently was interim vice president, channels marketing at Columbia Tri-Star International Television. Algazi will be responsible for Movielink's acquisition efforts and managing licensing and inventory management. She has previously held positions with Discovery Networks, Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer studios and Dove Entertainment.
