Megatrax Production Music has named Willy Rivera as an account executive for the Latin broadcast market. Rivera, a former Spanish tutor for Interactive Tutoring Services, will aid the firm's push into Central and South America, and in procuring Hispanic television clients in the United States.

E! Networks has promoted Janine Gevas to vice president of creative services and online. Gevas, previously an art director with B.D. Fox and Friends, will oversee the creative direction of print advertising and promotional materials for E1's television and style networks.

Tom Hoffman has been appointed senior vice president of production for the film division of Tollin/Robbins Films. Hoffman previously worked with Tom Jacobson's Disney-based production company.

Jeff Baker has been named senior vice president of home video for Warner Strategic Marketing, where he will oversee product development, acquisitions, co-productions, DVD masters and marketing titles. Previously, Baker was senior vice president of Good Time Entertainment.

J.J. Yore, executive producer of the public radio programs "The Savvy Traveler" and "Marketplace," has been named vice president of programming at Minnesota Public Radio's Marketplace Productions. In his new role, Yore will continue to oversee these programs and will create new ones.

Independent animation studio Mike Young Productions has named Regis Brown vice president of international sales. Brown was most recently vice president of international television and video for Film Roman. Joshua Fisher has been hired as executive director of development for MYP. Fisher was director of development and current programming for three years for the Fox Family Channel.
