BEVERLY HILLS Beverly Hills, city (1990 pop. 31,971), Los Angeles co., S Calif., completely surrounded by the city of Los Angeles; inc. 1914. The largely residential city is home to many motion-picture and television personalities.  -- Space Wif Corp. and Burbank-based Delta Film Productions have signed a letter of intent to merge See mail merge and concatenate.  the two companies into a mid-size entertainment concern which will qualify for a NASDAQ listing.

Space Wif, based in Beverly Hills, produces a series of 13 educational/entertainment video tapes on the space program, while Delta Film is experienced in all phases of television and feature film production. The merger opens the door for a full program of licensing agreements for dolls, apparel, toys, stationary Stationary can mean:
