) announced today that the Board of Directors of its general partner declared an increase in its quarterly cash distribution to partners to $0.35 per common unit, or $1.40 per common unit on an annual basis. The cash distribution will be paid on February 9, 2007, to unitholders of record as of the close of business on January 31, 2007. This distribution represents a 4.5 percent increase over the $0.335 per unit quarterly distribution paid with respect to the third quarter of 2006 and a 25 percent increase over the $0.28 per unit paid with respect to the fourth quarter of 2005.
