, the general partner of Enterprise, has elected Jeri R. Eagan and Jorn A. Berget to replace the vacant seats previously held by Charles R. Crisp Charles Robert Crisp (October 19, 1870 - February 7, 1937) was a U.S. Representative from Georgia, son of Charles Frederick Crisp.

Born in Ellaville, Georgia, Crisp attended the public schools of Americus, Georgia. He served as clerk in the Interior Department, Washington, D.
 and Stephen H. McVeigh. Eagan and Berget serve as two of Coral Energy, LLC's three representatives on Enterprise's board. Berget was also elected to the Company's executive committee and will serve as one of Coral Energy's two representatives on that committee. Coral Energy, an affiliate of Shell Oil Company, owns approximately 20.5% of Enterprise's limited partner units and 30% of Enterprise's general partner.

Eagan serves as vice president finance and commercial operations for Shell Exploration and Production Company. Her responsibilities include finance, crude oil marketing and transportation, supply chain management, tax and information technology. Prior to her present position, she served on various assignments for Shell International Petroleum Company while based in London. Eagan began her career with Shell in 1976. She earned a BS degree in Accounting from the University of New Orleans History
