) announced that the board of directors of its general partner has elected Gil H. Radtke as Senior Vice President and James M. Collingsworth as Vice President.

Radtke, 40, will be responsible for the commercial activities of the partnership's Petrochemical Division. Collingsworth, 47, will be responsible for Enterprise's NGL fractionation business. He has twenty-seven years of experience in the NGL, petrochemical and refining industries. Prior to joining Enterprise, Collingsworth was Senior Vice President of NGL Assets and Business Services for Texaco and a board member of Texaco Canada Petroleum Inc. He served in the Texaco organization for ten years. Before he joined Texaco, Collingsworth was Director of Feedstocks for Rexene Petrochemical Company and served in the MAPCO MAPCO Mid-America Pipeline Company  organization for fifteen years in various capacities including customer service, planning and tariffs and business development. Collingsworth earned a B.S. degree from Northeastern State University NSU offers 69 undergraduate degrees, 18 graduate degrees, and 13 preprofessional programs in five colleges (Business & Technology, Liberal Arts, Education, Optometry, and Health & Science Professions). The student-to-faculty ratio is 26 to 1.  and completed studies in the M.B.A. program at the University of Texas in Dallas.
