In the case of a railroad, it refers to a company that is a subsidiary but operates with its own identity and rolling stock. , Enterprise Products Operating L.P., has extended to 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on July 30, 2003, its offer to exchange its 6.875% Series B Senior Notes due 2033 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933 for any and all of its outstanding 6.875% Series A Senior Notes due 2033 that were issued on February 14, 2003 in a private offering. The exchange offer had been scheduled to expire at 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on July 23, 2003. As of 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time, on July 23, 2003, notes in the approximate aggregate principal amount of $499.9 million (out of $500 million outstanding) had been tendered in the exchange offer.

The exchange offer is being made solely by a prospectus dated June 16, 2003 of Enterprise Products Operating L.P., including any supplements thereto, and is subject to certain conditions specified therein.
