It is a point on the natural gas pipeline system in Erath, Louisiana. It is owned by Sabine Pipe Line LLC. . Enterprise acquired Acadian Gas, LLC from an affiliate of Shell Oil Company in April 2001.

Mastio & Company, an independent research firm, has been conducting industrial consumer opinion research for the power and natural gas industries since 1994. The results of the study were based on extensive interviews with customers to compare gas transporters on key measurements in serving and responding to customer needs plus overall day-to-day service, preference and overall performance. The study includes the responses of over 1,200 natural gas customers who are collectively responsible for transporting over 85% of the total North American North American
