Enterprise's Acadian Gas is Top-Rated in Mastio's Customer Study.

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) announced that Acadian Gas, LLC, its Louisiana intrastate natural gas pipeline company, was ranked number one in overall performance by Mastio & Company in the Short Haul Pipeline Index in the sixth edition of Mastio's Natural Gas Transportation Customer Satisfaction Study. The Short Haul Pipeline Index is comprised of natural gas pipelines in the United States which have less than 1,000 miles of pipe or serve customers in less than three states.

Acadian Gas includes the Acadian, Cypress and Evangeline pipeline systems, which together include over 1,000 miles of pipeline and have over one billion cubic feet ("Bcf") per day of capacity. These pipelines supply natural gas to local gas distribution companies, electric utilities and industrial customers, including those in the Baton Rouge-New Orleans-Mississippi River corridor. The pipelines have interconnects with twelve interstate pipelines and four intrastate pipelines and a bi-directional interconnect with the largest U.S. natural gas marketplace at the Henry Hub. Enterprise acquired Acadian Gas, LLC from an affiliate of Shell Oil Company in April 2001.

Mastio & Company, an independent research firm, has been conducting industrial consumer opinion research for the power and natural gas industries since 1994. The results of the study were based on extensive interviews with customers to compare gas transporters on key measurements in serving and responding to customer needs plus overall day-to-day service, preference and overall performance. The study includes the responses of over 1,200 natural gas customers who are collectively responsible for transporting over 85% of the total North American natural gas volume.
