Entergy-Koch Trading LP has informed the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is the United States federal agency with jurisdiction over electricity sales, wholesale electric rates, hydroelectric licensing, natural gas pricing, and oil pipeline rates.  through a formal filing that it did not engage in energy trading transactions as described in the FERC's Requests for Admissions and Document Production of May 8, 2002 addressing the California power markets for Jan. 1, 2000 through Dec. 31, 2001. Entergy-Koch's response collectively covered the activities of Entergy-Koch Trading as well as its predecessors.
