SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 27, 2001

To celebrate the recent release of the first title in their V.I.P. franchise, based on the hit series V.I.P., Ubi Soft(R) Entertainment is teaming up with Columbia Tristar Domestic Television, Sony Pictures Consumer Products, Sony Pictures Digital Sony Pictures Digital, first known as Columbia TriStar Interactive, then Sony Pictures Interactive Network (or SPiN), is known as the digital website interactive creator for Sony Pictures Entertainment (SPE) that was established in 1997.  Entertainment and www.playstation.com to sponsor the "Are You Game?" sweepstakes for fans of the globally-popular action-comedy series, starring Pamela Anderson.

Kicking off November 15th and running through December 3rd the contest will be supported via Sony Pictures' newsletters, "Show biz Scoop" and on-line gaming network "The Station." Also included in the direct invitation to enter will be members of the Sony Dreamlink newsletter and Sony My Yahoo database. Fans of the series or PlayStation products can also go to www.vipactiontv.com, www.vipsweepstakes.com or www.ubi.com to find out more about the game, as well as enter the sweepstakes.

Two Grand Prize winners will receive a PlayStation(R)2 computer entertainment system courtesy of PlayStation.com, as well as Ubi Soft's newly-released V.I.P. game for PlayStation(R) game console. An additional 98 entrants will receive copies of the V.I.P. game.
