Entegris Wins 2005 Tekne Award Recognizing Advanced Manufacturing Leadership; Tekne Awards honor top leaders and innovators in Minnesota technology industries.


MINNEAPOLIS -- Entegris, Inc. (Nasdaq:ENTG), today announced it was recognized for its materials science materials science

Entegris was recognized for its work in materials integrity management, specifically products that purify Purify - A debugging tool from Pure Software.  protect and transport the critical materials used by the world's foremost technologies in their processing and manufacturing. Tekne judges were "impressed with Entegris' global reach and technology." The judges noted that an Entegris product has touched nearly every computer chip ever manufactured.
