Enova[TM] brand oil will be available nationwide by early 2005. Sold under the "Econa[R] Healthy Cooking Oil" brand name in Japan, Enova oil was initially developed by Kao Corporation and is the best selling oil product in the Japanese market. Enova oil will be marketed by ADM Kao LLC, a joint venture formed in June 2001 between ADM and a subsidiary of Kao Corporation of Japan.
