Enigma Launches InService Job Card Generator for Aviation and Complex Equipment Maintenance.

First Out-of-the-Box Solution for Publishing Maintenance Tasks Improves Throughput, Uptime and Compliance

BURLINGTON, Mass. -- Enigma Enigma

Device used by the German military to encode strategic messages before and during World War II. The Enigma code was first broken by the Poles in the early 1930s, so that German messages were eventually intercepted and deciphered by Allied code-breakers during the war.
Inc. today announced new software that automates the creation of job cards required for performing heavy, shop and field/line maintenance. Enigma InService Job Card Generator is a Web-based application See Web application.  that combines data from maintenance and engineering systems with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) The rebranding of equipment and selling it. The term initially referred to the company that made the products (the "original" manufacturer), but eventually became widely used to refer to the organization that buys the products and  content to produce a customized (serial number/tail number-specific) job card on-the-fly.

Effectivity filtering ensures that only relevant information, based on maintenance task and equipment serial number, is included in the job card and delivered to the technician See PC technician and software technician. .
