Astor Place is a magnificent high-end residential cooperative at 445 Lafayette Street in Manhattan that Ettinger Engineering Associates is proud to be an integral part.

What is most unique about the project from the engineering standpoint The Standpoint is a newspaper published in the British Virgin Islands. It was originally published under the name Pennysaver, largely as a shopping-coupon promotional newspaper, but since emerged as one of the most influential sources of journalism in the  is the use of an Absorption Chiller chill·er

This type of system provides comfort for the tenants by performing more quietly. The developer of Astor Place is The Related Companies, L.P. Gwathmey Siegel and Associates Architects designed the building and interior finishes. Ismael Leyva Architects designed the interior layouts.
