Mr. Loeseh now becomes ACEC New York's national director and as such will be the liaison between ACEC New York and ACEC, the national organization.

Mr. Ciancia joined Langan Engineering and Environmental Services in 1996 and became a principal in 1999, with responsibility for the New York City office. His major projects in Manhattan have included the Penn Station Redevelopment, Hearst Headquarters Tower and the Museum of Modern Art. Previously, he was a vice president at Woodward-Clyde Consultants, where he was involved in such projects as the Ronald Reagan Federal Triangle, the U.S. Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C., and the Guggenheim Museum in New York City. Mr. Ciancia is an adjunct professor at New York University New York University, mainly in New York City; coeducational; chartered 1831, opened 1832 as the Univ. of the City of New York, renamed 1896. It comprises 13 schools and colleges, maintaining 4 main centers (including the Medical Center) in the city, as well as the , where he has taught freshman engineering for the past eight years. He has also been active on the ACEC New York scholarship committee for 15 years.

Forshner, secretary, CTE (Coefficient of Thermal Expansion) The difference between the way two materials expand when heat is applied.
