Genergy, which provides a sophisticated range of energy management services to more than 50 million square feet of prime commercial and institutional properties across the United States, has just received its Meter Service Provider certification by New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 State.

Genergy is the first New York area firm to receive an MSP (1) (Management Service Provider or Managed Service Provider) An organization that manages a customer's computer systems and networks which are either located on the customer's premises or at a third-party datacenter.  Certification and only the third in New York State to be so designated.

The announcement was made by Genergy Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  Dario Gristina, who noted that the firm also holds the Meter Data Service Provider certification as well. Both certifications require strict adherence to Public Service Commission standards, including ongoing training of employees in hardware and software specifications and operation; implementation of fully functional data storage and disaster recovery plans and adherence to strict security systems specifications.

This term has caught on in all industries, because it sounds so "wired." Who would want to do analysis or research when they can do due diligence. See wired. .
