Jarmel Kizel is extremely active in the residential sector having recently been selected to design numerous communities in New Jersey. When completed, Essex Commons will be a seven-story, 90,000-s/f residential building with 70 units ranging from low-rise town homes to one-, two- and three- bedroom apartments. The building will feature covered parking, a health spa and a gymnasium.
