Engineering Veteran to Lead IVT Tech Staff.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 21, 1998--Instant Video Technologies Inc., (OTC:IVDO) chairman and CEO Richard Lang today announced that June White, a 20-year technology veteran, has joined IVT as vice president of Engineering, in conjunction with IVT's upcoming launch of the industry's first faster-than-real time video delivery software, Burstware(R).

White will lead an eight-person engineering team, directing the development effort to ensure the quality and reliability of IVT's Burstware(R) suite of products. White will serve under IVT's chief technical officer Kyle Faulkner.

White most recently served as director of Systems Engineering at Forte Software Inc., where she developed and managed an engineering infrastructure which released the first Forte software products and a range of subsequent releases. She directed quality assurance, internal tool development and engineering interface teams.

White began her engineering career at Control Data Corp. in 1968, managing compiler development with computer languages including FORTRAN, PASCAL and COBOL among others. From 1985 to 1992, White managed engineering testing, tools, trials and product support for ROLM Systems in Santa Clara, a telecommunications company where she lead engineering efforts to support a domestic phone mail voice messaging system and PBX product line and successful international installations in Mexico, Thailand and Japan.
