History of the Canadian Venture Exchange (CDNX) has approved the trading of the Company's common shares on the CDNX system, under the symbol YPS. At a Special Meeting of Shareholders held on September 12, 2000 the following matters received the requisite approval of the shareholders and are to be implemented by the Company: 1. The special resolution authorizing an amendment to the articles of the Corporation to consolidate the issued and outstanding common shares of the Corporation on the basis of up to one new share for every five old shares (1:5), 2. The special resolution authorizing an amendment to the articles of the Corporation to change the name of the Corporation, and, 3. The special resolution authorizing the Corporation to issue additional shares pursuant to one or more private placements, during the 12 months following the Meeting.
