Napolitano has joined Engage in a new, strategic role as Vice President, Partnerships and Alliances. Napolitano comes to Engage after holding executive business development and alliance positions at Nortel Networks and Compaq Corporation respectively.

Napolitano is chartered with driving Engage sales initiatives by cultivating strategic alliances that will further promote Engage software offerings in key markets including digital asset management, workflow automation See workflow.  and interactive ad management.
