Engage Appoints 25 Year Management and Marketing Industry Veteran as Chief Executive Officer.

ANDOVER, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 8, 2000

Engage (Nasdaq: ENGA) today announced the appointment of Anthony G. Nuzzo, 49, as the Company's new President and Chief Executive Officer, as well as a Director. Mr. Nuzzo replaces Paul Schaut, who has resigned to pursue other interests.

Effective November 20th, Mr. Nuzzo will assume operating and financial responsibility for Engage. Mr. Nuzzo has 25 years of management and marketing experience and brings to Engage a unique blend of strategic, leadership and business development skills.
