Engage formed Engage Media, a division of Engage, by integrating three online media network properties, Engage's AudienceNet, Flycast and Adsmart. As President, Oakes will continue to oversee Engage Media, which provides marketers with a choice of diverse online media programs to seamlessly deliver customized solutions designed to meet marketing goals and objectives. In this position, Oakes will report to Deborah McWhinney, Group President of Media.
