 the repurchase of one million additional shares of the Company's outstanding stock, bringing the total number of shares under this program to 3.5 million.

John F. Cauley, chairman of Enesco's Board of Directors, said that year to date Enesco has repurchased nearly two million shares of its outstanding stock. Currently, the Company has approximately 14 million shares of common stock outstanding. Repurchased shares will be used for general corporate purposes and employee benefit plans.
