Enesco Group, Inc. Announces New Credit Facility.

ITASCA, Ill. -- Enesco Group, Inc. (NYSE:ENC), a leader in the giftware, collectible and home decor industries, today announced that the Company has signed a commitment letter with Fleet Capital Corporation, operating as Bank of America Business Credit (BABC), for BABC to underwrite a new $100 million global senior revolving credit facility. This new credit facility will have a term of five years and will replace the Company's current credit facility.

Enesco plans to use the proceeds from the new facility to repay loans under its existing credit agreement and for general corporate purposes. The Company expects to close on the new credit facility by the end of April 2005. Enesco also announced that it has signed an amendment to its existing credit agreement effective March 31, 2005 which extends its term until January 1, 2006.
