Energy co-op opens a website.


Touchstone Energy Touchstone Energy Cooperatives is a cooperative federation composed of over 600 utility cooperatives in the United States that collectively serve 6 million homes and businesses. Touchstone was founded in 1998.  Cooperatives, one of the nation's largest networks of electric utilities, has launched a free internet resource site, which lists thousands of available sites and buildings across the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. .

The new website, called www.SitesAcrossAmerica.com, has a searchable electronic database of more than 3,200 properties in 24 states, with more being added every day. The website was designed to allow real-estate professionals to evaluate hundreds of properties across the country quickly.
