Energen Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. -- The Board of Directors of Energen Corporation (NYSE: EGN) today declared a quarterly cash dividend of 12.5 cents per share payable December 1, 2009, to shareholders of record on November 13, 2009.
