) today announced the current strategy for the Parkway Project in eastern Kentucky. We have been advised that the best course of action is to drill a new well in order to obtain up to date electric log information.

"This is the most sensible next step in order to develop the Parkway property. New logs will give us the information needed to design the proper frac stimulation treatment," stated Scott Shaw, Vice President.

Energas has obtained a drilling permit and has ordered a rig to begin drilling as soon as the rig becomes available. This well is permitted to be drilled to 3,900 feet to test the Knox formation. Further announcements will be forthcoming.
