) today announced that the company has completed the sale of all of their remaining Kentucky properties for $2,300,000.00, payable over 24 months, to an unrelated party incorporated in the State of Nevada.

The company will now focus on developing its properties in Oklahoma and Wyoming. Further announcements will be forthcoming.
