) today announced the highlights of the Company's second fiscal quarter ended July 31, 2005.

Highlights of the fiscal second quarter ended July 31, 2005 includes:

--Total Revenue increased 47% to $249,311 from $169,746 year over year.

--Net Loss decreased 39% to $(208,856) from $(342,475) year over year.

--Cash Loss (Net Loss plus Depreciation, Depletion and Amortization) decreased 56% to $(121,186) from $(278,045) year over year.

--General and Administrative Expense decreased 29% to $269,209 from $380,888 year over year.
