Energas Performs Workover on Wyoming Well.Energy Editors/Business Editors OKLAHOMA CITY--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 14, 2004 Energas Resources Inc. (OTCBB OTCBB See OTC Bulletin Board (OTCBB). :EGSR EGSR Eurographics Symposium on Rendering EGSR Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve EGSR Engineer General Service Regiment ) is pleased to announce that the Finley State #1 Well, in the Rusty Creek Prospect, Wyoming has responded favorably to the installation of an electric submersible submersible, small, mobile undersea research vessel capable of functioning in the ocean depths. Development of a great variety of submersibles during the later 1950s and 1960s came about as a result of improved technology and in response to a demonstrated need for down-hole pump. The well started out producing 2 barrels of oil per day (BOPD BOPD Barrels of Oil Per Day BOPD Bataan Ocean Petroleum Depot ) and has now increased to approximately 37 BOPD. The operator believes that this well could now produce over 1,000 barrels of oil per month. Energas has a 36% revenue interest at this time. In Kentucky, modification to the newly acquired drilling rig has been completed and drilling is scheduled to resume this week. Further announcements will be forthcoming. |
