has resigned as the Company's Chief Financial Officer and Director to pursue his independent practice in tax accounting. However, Mr. Young will remain available to assist with any transition issues. The Company is conducting a search for his replacement. In the Interim, Leslie G. Pettitt, P.C. will serve as the principal financial officer.
