: EVSC EVSC Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation ) announced today that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Nutraceutical Development Corporation, will be issuing a stock dividend to Endovasc stockholders of record on August 29, 2003.

Endovasc's Board of Directors will issue a dividend of one share of the Series Nutraceutical Development Corporation Common Stock for each four shares of Endovasc Inc. common stock.
