 Cleansing System, which addresses irrigation irrigation, in agriculture, artificial watering of the land. Although used chiefly in regions with annual rainfall of less than 20 in. (51 cm), it is also used in wetter areas to grow certain crops, e.g., rice.  and cleansing with the newest technology. It provides a fast, effective way to eliminate distorted and impaired vision during endoscopic sinus procedures.

A peristaltic pump controls the flow of saline to the end of the sinuscope, washing the endoscopic lens while inside the surgical cavity. The reverse flow action then removes any residual fluid.
