Endicott Interconnect Technologies (endicottinterconnect.com) named J. Michael Sapienti [pictured, top] vice president of sales and marketing. He was senior VP of sales at Gold Circuit Electronics, and has also held sales and business development positions at Hadco, Zycon, IBM, Rolm and MSRC. Also, Michael Hills [pictured, middle] was named vice president of business development. He spent 21 years with IBM, most recently as manufacturing and engineering operations manager for system fulfillment in Dublin, Ireland. Karen Carpenter [pictured, bottom] has been named director of strategic marketing and communications. She was market planning manager for worldwide interconnect products in microelectronics at IBM, and held a variety of management positions in engineering and finance during 21 years at IBM.
