End the job hunting hassle with Dentalworkers.

Finding a new job can be maddening. Dentalworkers.com, the on-line employment service exclusive to the dental industry, has launched a new web site that saves dental assistants dental assistant

time and money in finding the right dental office.

Dentalworkers.com offers dental professionals the same services that a large job board, such as Monster.com, provides. These services include free resume posting for prospective dental workers and classified ad placement for employers.

Cathy Price, Dentalworkers.com president, says that while the site offers several new resume and ad-managing features, it remains simple to navigate.

"We've kept the 'home town' feel by dedicating the site only to dentistry dentistry, treatment and care of the teeth and associated oral structures. Dentistry is mainly concerned with tooth decay, disease of the supporting structures, such as the gums, and faulty positioning of the teeth.  and keeping the navigation on the site easy to use," Price says. "Yet easy does not mean simple. The renewed site uses the most cutting edge technology to make the job hunt and the recruiting of dental assistants efficient and cost-effective."

Dental assistants can now manage multiple resumes instead of the single resume that had been available to them. They also will have the option to place their resumes as "premier placement," "bold," or "confidential" and write cover letters to employers.

If temporary service offers from employers or staffing agencies become available, dental assistants can respond to them for free. They also can track job ads and responses in their "my favorites My Favorite is an independent synthpop band from Long Island, New York. They released two CDs: Love at Absolute Zero and Happiest Days of Our Lives. My Favorite broke up on September 14, 2005, when singer Andrea Vaughn left the band. " folder as well as access a private availability calendar.

Workers find that Dentalworkers.com simplifies their job search.
